Тихое, уютное место. Рядом маленький рынок. Сыр, фрукты, овощи, рыба и вино. Пиццерия с очень вкусной пиццей! Рядом станция метро.
Вместо окон, глухие жалюзи. Зато подниматься в подъезде невысоко. Первый, наземный этаж. Это и не плохо и не хорошо. Для пожилых гостей нет проблем с лифтами. Даже когда на улице +30, в квартире прохладно без кондиционера. Кондиционеры есть. Работают. Мы с женой долго не могли найти газовый бойлер горячей воды. В нашей стране так бойлер не устанавливают. Он находится над дверным приёмом в одной из двух ванн.
