Mieszkanie jest piękne. Urządzone bardzo starannie i z gustem. Wygląda na świeżo po remoncie, nie widać większych zniszczeń. Sypialnie są od strony podwórka, więc można się w spokoju wyspać, jest cicho.
Brakuje: żelazka, deski do prasowania, miejsca, gdzie można rozwiesić mokre ręczniki (także w łazience brak haczyków przy trzech osobach), suszarki (jest pralka). Na jedno z łóżek brakowało prześcieradła.
