Przestronnie, ciepło, ledy podłogowe. Kod zamiast klucza do drzwi wejściowych, instruktaż w formie filmu,
Lokalizacja klucza od domofonu, za daleko , sylaby opis lokalizacji poddasza czy to 2 czy 4 piętro jest różnica - dobrze, że nie było z nami starzej osoby. Brak osłonki nad wanną aby brać prysznic, łazienka zalana lub obowiązkowa kąpiel. Twardy materac w sypialni, słabe oświetlenie w sypialni za ciemne.
