The room was clean and spacious, we really loved the balcony. The building is old but has a charm. The location was also excellent, both the old town/beach and the station were at walkable distances.
When it comes to the shared areas, although the toilet and bathroom were in a good condition, the kitchen was quite dirty and messy, which is why we didn’t end up using it at all. What I found the most unexpected was that there were basic utensils missing such as soap to wash your hands or dishes with.

Staff involvement there could be improved as there was a minor flood and there was no staff on site to resolve the issue immediately.

The location is great and the room is large and comfortable. The balcony allowed us to enjoy a nice view and natural light inside the room. We didn't see any staff, but the instructions for check in were clear enough.
The common areas were disorganized, with linen and towels drying on the furniture. The kitchen was messy and dishes were dirty inside the dishwashing. The coffee maker was not working. However, it was only one night and nothing affected our stay. But if you are planning to cook maybe it will be a problem.
