This was a beautiful two bedroom, 7th floor apartment in an up and coming area called Conradie Park. The bed was comfortable and we had the quietest neighbours, if your imagination doesn't get the better of you.
Just over 2 km away is Howard Centre for shopping, though developments suggest there'll shops in the park soon.
If you are adventurous, you can get the train from Mutual to Cape Town.
We loved this place and we had a different yet amazing view of Table Mountain from the verander.
While the kitchen was fully equipped, we could have done with an extra pot and a proper kitchen knife.
Something the owner could easily fix along with a coffee table for the living room.
We made the best of the situation, this is not a negative.
