Duomo View - Large Quadruple Room with Terrace

The location is excellent, very close to the metro, the Duomo, and the main shops in the area. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for four people, with air conditioning, a balcony, and located in a pleasant building with an elevator.

However, some points were disappointing: there was no full-length mirror or hooks, and there were no blackout curtains — which is a drawback since the apartment has many windows and gets a lot of light. The Wi-Fi did not work during our stay, and we received no response from the host to resolve the issue. In addition, the entrance door malfunctioned at one point, and it was not possible to lock the apartment. We had to leave it unlocked for part of our stay, without any support. We also asked if we could leave our luggage after check-out, since our flight was later, but did not receive any response. Overall, the apartment is good, but the communication and guest support need improvement, as well as the points mentioned above.
