Central & Modern Porta Vittoria-Duomo apartments by Rentopolis

Hello! I absolutely loved everything. I was apprehensive about the negative reviews, which don't reflect reality! First of all, I want to thank the lovely Oriana who was there the whole time, quickly answering my questions before I arrived. The address is super easy to find, and she was with me via text and phone, helping me figure out how to get into the building – she was super attentive and kind. The apartment is beautiful, brand new, with everything you need and very clean. Perfect location (public transport 80m away), only 900m from the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and the Duomo cathedral; all the shops are right there too. Next door is a great Italian restaurant, and the next door is a mini-supermarket with everything you need. I highly recommend it and will definitely return. Thank u!

I enjoyed my stay here. Everything was great in terms of location and amenities. There is a pizzeria on the ground floor, a tram/bus stop right across the street, and the cathedral is quite close (no more than a 10-minute easy walk). The apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything needed.

Communication with the host was a bit difficult. On the first evening, when we arrived, we almost ended up being locked out because they were not answering the phone. Also, the air conditioning did not work, which was quite uncomfortable given the high temperatures during our summer stay.
