    We really enjoyed our stay and really appreciate the hospitality. We arrived at about 7am after travelling on an overnight bus. The room type we had booked had no availability at that time in the morning, so we were upgraded and allowed to check in early, so that we could get some rest. We really really appreciated this, and did not expect at all that this would be offered to us. We were given some great tips on how to spend our time in the area. The hotel is positioned really well in the town, near loads of cafes, bars and eateries, but we heard no noise from our room.

    Hotel tucked in an alley but very close to the main road, so it’s away from the noise yet with so many restaurants and shops nearby. We arrived very early in the morning, staff greeted us and stored our luggage for us while we went out to explore Tam Coc. They even upgraded us to a room with jacuzzi 😊 Our room was newly renovated, spacious and clean, shower water pressure was good. Breakfast was provided, simple but good - coffee & juice, fresh fruits, made to order eggs, croissants & baguette. The lady at the hotel always offered her help whether it’s transportation or laundry service. It’s also very sweet of her to pack us some snacks and water when we checked out. Excellent service!!!

    A small new hotel which is family-owned and operated. Has elevator. Pleasantly surprised to be upgraded from our Superior Room booking to the Family Suite Room which is huge in size with 2 king-sized beds. Huge bathroom that comes with a jacuzzi spa. Breakfast was a set meal but delicious and filling. Hotel also can help to book transport services. The 1m VND private car fee for 3 to Hanoi quoted was great value for money as compared to the 1.4m quoted on travel apps.
