Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, modern, sauber und top ausgestattet. Es gibt eine großzügige Dachterrasse mit Sonnenschirm, die zum Garten ausgerichtet ist. Im Garten ist es sehr ruhig und es gibt Liegen und Möglichkeiten zu Grillen. Die Wohnung selbst war auch bei 36 Grad Aussentemperatur angenehm kühl. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Er wohnt über der Wohnung und steht bei Fragen oder Problemen zur Verfügung. Bis zu zwei Autos können im Hof geparkt werden, ansonsten ist genug Platz an der Strasse.
Von den zwei Schlafzimmern ist eines ein Durchgangszimmer, was ich entweder überlesen hatte, oder nicht in der Beschreibung steht.
