It is surrounded by greenery and yet in the immediate vicinity of the cities of Saarbrücken and Kaiserslautern and is only a few kilometers from Alsace (France). The house is modernly furnished with some classic accents, and also for large families or friends is enough space: on a nearly 700sqm large plot you have 200sqm of living and working space available!Young guests will not be bored, even in bad weather, thanks to the home cinema room, games room with darts and billiards, table football and a table tennis room!The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax in summer. And also your four-legged friends, who spend their holidays with us at no extra cost, are in good hands thanks to the surrounding steel grid fence.
