The house is absolutely amazing. It was hard to find a place on the island that fit my needs since I work remotely, but this was the best place I’ve stayed so far in Thailand. It has everything you need - fan and AC in the living room, and a good-sized kitchen with all the basic cooking utensils. The location is perfect: super close to everything and the main areas, but still on a quiet street. The owner is really nice, super approachable, and easy to communicate with. The Wi-Fi was very fast, and I loved that all the windows have mosquito screens, so we could open them and get some fresh air.

The only small downside - which is completely out of the host’s control - was that a nearby temple had music playing until around midnight for almos the whole week. I believe we were just unlucky, as on our last night it didn’t happen, so it seemed to be something occasional. Also, being on an island like Koh Phangan, it’s kind of expected from time to time.
