Simple Cozy House Coconut Lane

The cozy house is very well located with a virtually equal distance to all main points of the island. The house itself, although small, has absolutely everything you need, is clean and modern on the inside and hosts a super comfy bed, along with a very spacious bathroom! The kitchenette that is detached from the bedroom is also extremely useful for its size with a hob, microwave fridge and freezer. The host, Ping is the most helpful and attentive guy you’ll come across and is genuinely willing to sort any issue your having during your stay (he was genuinely the best host I’ve had out of all the places I’ve stayed around the world!) If your lucky some friendly dogs of the neighbours and a couple that reside on coconut lane will greet you at your steps tails wagging ..honestly what more could you need! What a lovey place, I’m excited to return!

I wouldn’t say there was anything I particularly didn’t like about the property! There can be some judders with water and electricity which may not be to everyone’s liking, but that is an almost essential part of island life! If that doesn’t bother you there is nothing negative to note!

Good location, clean and cosy with all essentials provided.

It is a quiet peaceful spot, conveniently located to many of the beaches, restaurants, and activities. It is a studio apartment, and so much of what you have, you can choose how to use the space. I cooked, and loved the stove. There are supplies in the shelves and pantry

There were a few things that needed maintenance (staircase lights not working, water heater turned off during showers, not consistent, cookware was scratched and some had rust). Things that just need to be checked on. Some of the wear and tear is due to being on an island.
