Cosy Cottage

Had a fully stocked Kitchen with all the amenities. Zee the host and I ate several meals together rather than spending extra money eating out every meal. The in-house eating was some of the finest dining I ate while at Capetown. His rice is phenomenal!!! Really enjoyed stay and had private patio where could eat, coffee, tea and relax. Washed clothes there. Shower or bath. Used both. Zee very knowledgeable of community and knew his way around. Zee has been a member of this community 20+ years and is an excellent guide to keep you on point. I went there to run the AGWC Marathon and Zee worked with I too eat well, fuel well for the marathon. Few days later it became the 1st World Major on African soil and 8th World Major. We were a part of history - very cool. I would definitely book a stay with Zee again. This was the best price of any stay I found after exhaustive search where one had their own private room. Seapoint was an excellent safe area to stay. Security guards at all stores, on streets, resturants and well lite. Only 3 blocks down the hill and on the Sea Point Promenade and running and/or walking by the Ocean that goes for miles in either direction. Fabulous!!! All types of resturants, eateries, food trucks and cafes to eat along the way too. Very enjoyable experience and im ready to go over and run another marathon at Capetown. Most beautiful place ive ever ran. Table Mountain was only 6 dollar Uber ride up to the Cable trolly station and was beautiful up there! Recommend. Thanks for the great 👍 time Zee would definitely stay here again.

Not 5 star hotel nor facility so put 9 for those who need luxury to be 10; however, hospitality, company, location, knowledge of host, cooking together, beach together, comfortable bed, and great price 10+ value to "me".
