Mateos Villa

The property is excellent! It was such a steal at such an affordable price. The place is big and magnificent, with a Nordic-style design. They even went above and beyond by offering us drinks and a free breakfast, and letting us use their extra fridge to store our food. They also said we could use the pool until 2 p.m. and even offered her van to drop us off at the nearest bus stop. There were so many other thoughtful touches as well, and my friends and I are really happy with the place and the whole experience.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made us feel comfortable right away. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very cozy. We also loved the food — everything we tried was absolutely delicious! One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the pool and relaxing in the lounge area. The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable, and we slept so soundly every night. The breathtaking sunrise and sunset views made our experience even more special. Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our accommodation and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Ich sagen es war alles super. Angefangen mit dem persönlichen Empfang des Besitzerin und des Personal. Es wurde jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen und noch weiter darüber hinaus. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr bequem und schön eingerichtet. Ein sehr schöner und besonders Ruhiger Platz zum Entspannen und Erholen. Absolut kein Lärm von Karaoke oder Disco oder Fahrzeugen. Für mich und meine Familie war es das beste das Cebu zu bieten hat. Ein gutes Restaurant ist auch in der Nähe das gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.

The owner of Mateos is your hostess, that treats you like a family member (truly). Jane loves to cook. Breakfasts are delicious and nourishing. A joyous way to start your day. Her staff (Flor and Flores) are helpful with all your needs. Just to reiterate and to be clear, Jane and staff will help you in any way they can. Her home and rooms are beautiful, spacious and immaculate. The views out to the ocean are amazing, relaxing and so energizing in the morning as well. The pool is very clean filled with tank trucked in natural mountain spring water. WOW! You can bring your own food to the kitchen that will be cooked for you. There are snacks and drinks you can consume with out petty charges for this and that, like many others will do. Want a coffee/beer? Get it, freely. Double filtered water in Ref for tender bellies like mine. You may even be invited to dinner with her. This experience you will not forget. Book it now. Maria also says we will be back. LOL ;)
