It’s a nice clean house with a parking space if needed There is a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom

Host very helpful, answered questions plus gave suggestions. Loved the property was a distance from the city centre so able to give our dog a little walk after travelling before we got into the busyness of the town. Property also had a garden to sit out in. Every room was immaculate, plenty of space and all facilities that we needed.
Liked everything, facilities such as bathroom and kitchen was shared but we were happy with this, actually gave us a chance to speak to the other guest!

Location was quiet and resedential with a nice walk through a park tothe town centre
the bedroom was smaller than expected and the host was not very helpful or welcoming. Also, given expectations related to the price for the stay, there was no soap or shower gel in the shower - had to use our own. The house is in a suburban cul-de-sac, not beside a quiet stream, as claimed in the title.
