Got atleast a balcony room before few hours of check-in with discount but still it's double the amount of my previously booked room
Firstly there is no resort in the name, bluebell castle. I booked a room in bluebell castle and at the day of check in they informed that the booked room is not available since the existing customer has extended the stay. They gave a nearby alternative villa stay saying that is also their property. While confirming that they did not inform us that entire villa will be shared with other customers. When we went there he said 3 rooms are occupied by others and one is left for us. Only one bed and side table was there. No other furniture either no toiletries were provided. That shared stay just spoiled our day.
