Jardin tres agreable. Acces faciles. Piscine superbe. Belle végétation. Restaurant sympatique. Gentillesse du personnel avec volonté de donner de la satisfaction. Le calme de l'endroit.

Un site magnifique très bien placé pour visiter les pouilles Une hôtesse très gentille et de très bons conseils.

Impossible de rester au bord de la piscine à cause de l’invasion de guêpes, c’était insupportable et tellement frustrant de ne pas pouvoir en profiter ! Pas de pommeau de douche dans une douche ( nous n’avons jamais vu ça ) pas pratique si on ne veut pas se mouiller la tête ! La vue sur un muret de la petite terrasse de la chambre c’est pas top !

La masseria est vraiment un endroit pour se détendre c’est très agreable. On se sent au calme. C’est un endroit très intimiste.

We had a pleasant stay and would like to thank the team for their hospitality. The hotel is in a beautiful location with a wonderful view, making it a great place to relax. There are just a few points that could be improved. The bathroom in our room was quite small. Also, if we slept until around 11:00 a.m., our room was often not cleaned for the rest of the day, and we had to contact the staff ourselves to request housekeeping. Everyone was polite and friendly, but unfortunately we experienced some communication difficulties with Francesca, as she did not speak English. This made it difficult to understand each other, and a few things that had been agreed upon were not carried out, which gave us the impression of being a little unreliable. We believe it would greatly improve the guest experience if all staff members had at least a basic level of English. One more thing future guests should be aware of is transportation. Taxis are very difficult to find and cannot always be relied upon, so we strongly recommend renting a car rather than depending on transfers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the efforts of the staff. With a few improvements, this hotel could provide an even better experience. Thank you for having us!
