Pristupačnost (lako se dođe do objekta), lokacija uz park Bundek (izvrsno za šetnju i druženja), novo uređen apartman.
Čistoća nije na zavidnoj razini; nije bilo vrata tuš kabine; kuhinji nije bilo soli/ulja (bar za prvi dan dolaska); krevet u sobi nepraktičan za leći (uz zid stisnut) Najavili smo dolazak 4 osobe a ležaj za 2 osobe nije bio pripremljen.
