The property was very comfortable. The detail that was put into the decorating was very thoughtful. It exceeded my expectations. I've been in other properties at the same location, and this was the most comfortable and the cleanest one. The host is very prompt and helpful. Please book you will be satisfied money will spent.

I have visited Vegas many times and stayed at MGM Signature in a handful of different rooms. I LOVED the fact that the owner made this suite tastefully updated with all brand new furniture. New colors, new and fresh amenities like the coffee maker, pull out sofa and wall art. It is a nice spin on the typically out dated studio! Great location and building amenities like the gym, which I used twice in my short stay. The owner answered my questions within minutes and this felt more like I was staying at a friend's place rather than a hotel. I highly recommend! Oh and make sure you note the bathroom with its cool leopard print wall paper and heated seat toilet.

Nothing disappointed at all. It was a great stay with a clean and updated suite! I can't wait to visit again.
