ESJ Towers Studio - Isla Verde Beach Access

The only thing I like was the location it was close to everything.

Parking is horrible and if you have someone to visit there is no where they can park not even outside (outside you never find a parking spot). Elevators our worst nightmare one side of the building was always shut down. I would have to walk to the other side of the building to the other elevators and they don’t go all the way down we had to take the stairs to the first floor than take the elevator mind you we had a person in wheelchair and a pregnant person. (Stairs look like you were in a horror movie) And last but not least no pool always under maintenance

I liked everything

The location and staff were amazing! The room and view was so beautiful. We had to book this property last minute and the host ensured our stay was amazing! Next time I’m in PR I will book it out again!

La ubicación es excelente, especialmente por el acceso a la playa y la facilidad para desplazarse por Isla Verde y San Juan. El espacio es agradable, amplio y en general corresponde a lo mostrado en las fotografías.

El principal inconveniente fue el suministro de agua. La información sobre el racionamiento no fue suficientemente clara ni transparente antes de la reserva. Esta situación nos fue informada después de haber realizado el pago y se presentó como un inconveniente reciente, cuando posteriormente supimos que el problema de suministro de agua existe desde enero. Consideramos que esta información debió comunicarse claramente antes de efectuar la reserva, ya que se trata de un servicio básico que afecta directamente la estadía. Además, durante nuestra salida se nos solicitó realizar el check-out a las 11:00 a. m., aun cuando se nos había informado que el agua estaría disponible nuevamente a partir de las 12:00 p. m., lo que hizo muy difícil prepararnos y entregar el alojamiento en condiciones normales.
