Panoramic apartment in City Center with Private Parking Garage

Appartement avec parking et belle vue non loin du centre ville (25 min à pied de la Porte Michel). Le parking est un peu particulier : la voiture est prise en charge par un ascenseur automatique et n'est ensuite plus accessible. Il faut penser à bien emporter ses valises avant de quitter l'ascenseur. Pour la récupérer, il faut ensuite badger de nouveau à n'importe lequel des 4 ascenseurs disponibles et patienter une dizaine de minutes. Très belle vue. Equipement moderne, très propre. Propriétaire réactif : la climatisation était en panne lors de notre arrivée, par 40°C. Elle a pu être réparée le lendemain.

Le canapé lit est très dur. Je recommande l'appartement pour 2 personnes seulement, afin de bénéficier du confort de la chambre. Par ailleurs, le salon ne dispose d'aucun occultant (pas de rideau, pas de stores) sur la baie vitrée. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont un peu limités. La rue est très bruyante la nuit si vous devez dormir fenêtres ouvertes, mais les doubles vitrages sont efficaces quand la climatisation fonctionne.

Не працював кондиціонер, з вентилятором спати було не комфортно, а без нічого кусали дуже комарі.

Podczas naszego pobytu nie działała winda, jednak po skontaktowaniu się z właścicielem obiektu sprawnie dotarliśmy do apartamentu inną drogą.

Nice apartment with great views and great location. Communication with host was quick and efficient and keybox retrieval was smooth as well (except the fact that you need to return the parking card to the apartment instead of keybox, which is a bit inconvenient).

Unfortunately the apartment was not very clean, many surfaces were sticky, dusty, greasy or covered in limescale. Carpets were really unclean and dated and there was not a pleasant smell in the apartment. Drawers were full of random things (e.g. in kitchen utensils drawer, there were random construction items and general mess). Table on the balcony was completely broken, etc. Apartment could be really great, however it urgently needs proper deep cleaning, tidying up and replacement of some items.
