After booking, multiple automatic messages arrived about ridiculus house rules and ways to enter the apartment. It was like communication with an AI chat bot, the agency manages multiple properties, and those automatic messages are all very unfriendly, with multiple warnings, like they are renting to possible criminals. There is no secure parking and this is one of the reasons we booked it. Parking is in the street, if you find it available and you will not, and then you need to circle the city and manage parking by yourself. They also asked you to check in all your documents online and register yourself, and all your guests, via some link they send automaticly. Guest should not be managing administration that is by law obligaton of the host. I was driving and didnt not have time to handle all this stress and also had to take a mandatory selfie and upload it with my documents, to prove Im not a theif, they asked multiple transactions after already booking and paying, a deposit, then an earlier entrance fee, etc. The whole instruction, codes, automatic doors and multiple doccuments we need to follow to find the apartment and check in are ludacris. If I could cancel I would, all of this is not written beforehand, do not book this, they are ways how to do self check in and this was a terrible one. Deposit was returned after 4 working days to my account. Avoid the drama,this was exhausting.
