Location cleanliness how it was equipped on site parking how easy it was to message and how they got back straight away.
I can’t think of anything. Maybe instructions for the Nespresso but I googled it

The flat was clean and had a modern feel

Needs curtains. There are blinds but they don't keep the light out so you could get awoken at 4.30am when the sun rises.

Location in Lichfield. Ground floor fat with walk in shower and private parking.
The oven was filthy and almost gased us when we tried to use it. The sofa (only soft seating) was very uncomfortable.
