The Green Room - Pool View with Parking Spot at 1920s Historic Residence on Palm Beach Island

The property itself is historic and filled with charm and beauty. It has a covered porch area that gets a nice breeze and is perfect for congregating or having a drink. The pool is beautiful and well kept, with new-looking cushions on the lounge chairs. It has good security with a 24-hour reception/security detail. The Green Room is spotlessly clean, warm and inviting. It is tastefully decorated and well furnished for any kind of visitor, from newlyweds to business people. The room’s kitchen includes nice silverware, dishes and all types of glassware. Sasha also provides premium snacks, water, and toiletries. There’s a walk in closet with plenty of space for suitcases, shopping bags, etc. She provides a beach chair and umbrella, plus a variety of hats to help cope with the Palm Beach sun. The bed and bedding were premium! In fact, they were so good that I requested (and received) details of where to purchase the same items, which I have already done! The bath towels are plush and large. There wasn’t a single need unmet. But if there was, Sasha was highly accessible, hospitable, and eager to please. She is smart, outgoing, and essentially a historian on the building and the area. I left feeling like I made a new friend—and a lot of great knowledge! The area is perfect and highly walkable to top-notch restaurants, lounges, culture, exercise, shopping, and the beach. There is a beautiful Publix across the street!

Pool rules don’t allow food or beverages in the area. I’m not sure how rigidly they adhere to that, but not having a beverage when in the hot sun isn’t very practical, so I broke the rules and brought my Stanley cup.
