Location & good restaurants close by. Publix very close too
Very cramped - no where to put luggage or unpack clothes. No dish cloth, only 1 face wash cloth, only 2 small bath towels, very, very small complimentary toiletry ,it - just enough for 1 person to use once. Bed was OK but time to be replaced.
It's time for a refurbishment & rethink the "living" space, etc.

Amazing location right in the city center â surrounded by shops and cafĂ©s, and within easy walking distance to the beach.
The bed was absolutely wonderful: large, very comfortable, with a great mattress and soft, high-quality bedding (which is one of the most important things for me).
The room was spotless and very well maintained, with thoughtful amenities such as slippers, bathrobes, and a complete set of toiletries.
Would happily stay here again.
The building itself is very authentic, but it is quite old and could benefit from some renovation. There was a slightly stale, old smell in the common areas, although this was not present in the room itself.
The air conditioning was located in the main area and didnât reach the bedroom very well, so it was a bit warm at night. That said, it wasnât a major issue overall â more an interesting experience than a real downside.

The apartment was excellent, exceeded all expectations. Kitchen was fully stocked, and super clean. Living room was cozy with a large TV, it felt like home. Bathroom came with so many extra amenities and the bedroom was super cute, the king size bed it self was so amazingly comfortable.
The location was top notch for everything you need, amazing restaurants and beach. The host was amazing, communication was gracious and very accommodating.
I highly recommend and wouldnât hesitate to stay here again.
