It’s a new guesthouse I think. The volunteer caretaker was helpful and we chatted abit. They have a nice ‘Japanese garden’ inside the property near the entrance.
It’s abit far from the central station. The closest station is about 5 minutes away but it doesn’t have a frequent service. Otherwise, the location is still relatively ok to get to.

Great little hostel for backpackers. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Simple toast and juice or tea for breakfast.
A bit out of the city, and the local JR line is quite infrequent. Nothing too bad though!
