Central location - only good if you don't mind the noise or have earplugs with you, there's a nice karaoke bar next to the accommodation; the private rooms were cosy, AC was a blessing, shower had good pressure; ask for moskito net for the night - the staff is really friendly and helpful, you can ask anything and they'll help you

There are extra taxes which booking makes not transparent; the kitchen was not too good equipped, but we could help ourselves

We had a wonderful experience at Pura Vida Surf & Stay in Arugambay. The hotel is perfectly located — close to the town and beach, yet peaceful and relaxing, making it an ideal place to stay. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. He organized transport and safari trips for us, which made our travel very easy and stress-free. He also recommended many great restaurants around Arugambay, and every suggestion was excellent. The hotel even offers cooking classes, which was a unique and enjoyable experience during our stay. A special thanks to Farasath, the staff member, who always kept the rooms very clean and maintained the property beautifully. The cleanliness and overall atmosphere of the hotel were outstanding. The property itself is very nice, comfortable, and well maintained. You feel relaxed as soon as you arrive. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Arugambay — we would definitely stay here again!
