كان استقبال رائع من السيد امين وكذلك الاتصال المستمر والتواصل للمساعدة في كل ما نحتاج مكان رائع وقريب لكل مايحتاجه الضيف المطاعم والمقاهي والاماكن الجميلة في كزابلانكا والمواصلات كذلك كان اقامة جيدة بكل معنى الكلمة

The location was pretty good.

The cleanliness was not great, was compelled to get cleaning spray and wipe the whole place down before getting comfortable. The WiFi cut off at two separate times, and for about an hour all hot water was off with no warning. The biggest issue was that the address was no where near where it said on booking and when going to the stated location with luggage was given a different location, and then was told the door person would meet us, which they did not, and so was given a code to the door unable to get on the elevator forced to haul luggage up four flights of stairs after lugging it six blocks in the Moroccan heat. The main person of contact was communicative after that, but the guy on site was not friendly at all and slow to respond.
