- very good apartment - nice location if you have a car - nice outdoor terrace if you like that - good value for money

The major downfall of this apartment is a security camera that looks inside the apartment!! There are 2 cameras installed outside the apartment in the terrace for security reasons, which I very much understand. Yet, one of them sees the main living room which has the kitchen and leads to the bathroom through the glass. That felt extremely uncomfortable for me, specially that there were no signs about it and I discovered the next day. To be fair, the host was very polite and understanding when I contacted him and said it was mentioned in the apartment manual -that wasn’t very visible to me when I got in- and indeed they mentioned it and show exactly what the camera sees, which is respectable. But, who checks a whole apartment manual specially for a short stay like myself. He promised he will put a curtain or something to give privacy to the apartment itself, I think the more proper solution should be to adjust the angel that it doesn’t see the apartment at all for privacy. Just check if this was rectified if you happen to stay and this is a big deal for you as well.

We had a pleasant stay at this apartment. The view was amazing, the apartment was well ventilated, and overall it was comfortable and enjoyable. The location was convenient, and we appreciated the effort that had gone into preparing the property.

A few small suggestions for future guests staying more than one night would be to provide extra toilet paper and an additional tea towel, as these items ran out during our stay.

O apartamento tem estrutura completa. Adaptadores de tomada, utensílios, carregadores, é de fácil acesso, etc. O bairro é antigo, mas seguro. Excelente para estadias curtas pela proximidade da Mesquita.

It had a washing machine

It wasn’t very clean. There wasn’t a dryer but we hung our clothes inside. The furnishings were very low level. The area was very poor.
