Ολα ηταν τελεια, η περιοχη, πολυ κοντα στον σταθμο λεωφορειων και τρενων αλλα και στο κεντρο οπου βρισκεται το duomo. Καφετεριες και φουρνοι ακτιβως απο κατω. Πεντακαθαρο, εξαιρετικα ανετο για οικογενεια, με πολλες και υψηλου επιπεδου παροχες. Εχει τα παντα, ολα οσα χρειαστηκαμε, λειτουργικη κουζινα για να μαγειρεψεις αλλα και να φτιαξεις τον καφε σου. Πλυντηριο ρουχων και πιατων με πληρεις οδηγιες για την λειτουργια τους. Αξιζει τα χρηματα του. Το προσωπικο, η Erica και η Livia γλυκυτατες, σε υποδεχονται για να σου εξηγησουν τα παντα και αυτο ειναι στα θετικα γιατι δειχνει οτι εισαι φιλοξενουμενος τους και οχι ενας απλος ενοικιαστης. Οτιδηποτε χρειαστηκαμε, απο εστιατορια μεχρι προγραμμα μεσων συγκοινωνιας για να επισκεφτουμε διαφορες περιοχες και αξιοθεατα το εδωσαν με πληρεις λεπτομερειες. Τις ευχαριστουμε απο καρδιας.

Very clean, well appointed apartment close to the train station and all the centre of Florence. Erica provided local treats and was a great source of information about Florence.

This apartment was amazing! They had thought of everything, from beautiful toiletries, coffee making facilities, bottles of water, local treat, umbrellas, power adapters and more. Impeccably clean, extremely comfortable beds and a great location. Our host was friendly, great communication. Would highly recommend.

Nothing at all-it was perfect

Our stay in this apartment was an exceptional experience, and we would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. The accommodation is modern, very clean, and functional, with everything needed for a comfortable stay – including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and fast WiFi. The location is excellent – situated in a მშვიდ part of the city center, yet close to all major attractions. It’s especially impressive that you can reach the Florence Cathedral within just a few minutes’ walk, which makes the stay even more convenient and enjoyable. A special highlight is the host, Erika, who is truly exceptional and incredibly warm. From the very beginning, her instructions on how to reach the apartment were clear and easy to follow, making the arrival completely stress-free. During our stay, she regularly shared helpful information – what to see in the city, the easiest ways to get to major landmarks, and how to explore Florence even on a smaller budget. She also kept us informed about local events, which made our experience even richer. She left a truly wonderful impression on us. The apartment itself is quiet, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking for high-quality accommodation in a great location, with a host who genuinely cares about her guests. We highly recommend this place to everyone and are already looking forward to coming back – see you again soon!
