Muy céntrico, espacio bien aprovechado. Tenía ascensor y ventiladores
Muy ruidoso, se escucha absolutamente todo, la gente en la calle, la apertura de la pastelería, todo. La cocina no tiene ninguna ventilación. Cocinar allí en verano debe ser un infierno. Sofá-cama un poco incomodo y aunque bien decorado tiene cosas un poco rotas (agujero en el suelo, WC se mueve)

Lo mejor la ubicación
Tener que recoger las llaves en otro lugar. Estar obligado a que me retengan 90 euros extra por si hay algún desperfecto. Poca claridad a la hora de dejar las llaves. Salida antes de la 10 de la mañana o pagar para salir más tarde

Lo mejor es la ubicación. Está muy céntrico.
Hace demasiado calor(abril) y el sofá cama es bastante incómodo. Los anfitriones no responden a los mensajes, por lo que la comunicación no es fluida.
