Location and size

A number of the shutters had slats missing. We were there on a very busy and at times noisy weekend - noise cancelling not great. Would have liked more regular cleaning. The lift had an awful smell

nice and spacious and very central to the main square

We had already stayed in these appartments and we love them. The difference from our previous experience is that you don’t see anyone in the reception and digital check in is a real real pain. We spent hours doing it and it was very frustating. I would reconsider staying there again because of this. Location is great and light in the appartments is amazing,

Location

Limehouse is a faceless corporation. There is no one on site or anywhere near the apartment. If you had a question about the ac, they requested a video to show what you tried. Then informed you that they set the air by season. There was pot smoke permeating the apt. They wanted me to prove who who smoking. It is a no smoking building. The apt. Shutters were destroyed and the bedroom shelving bent in different directions. They were sorry for our inconvenience. These were obviously old problems. We will never select a limehouse property again.
