Quite recently built, so the interior was spotless. Handy having the ceiling fans in the two bedrooms and the air conditioning in the the kitchen and living room area. Not far to walk for a bus to get into Valencia City. Good train services from Valencia Estacio de Norte. We took a train to Gandia to visit the Ducal Palace.
I think perhaps a saucepan for kitchen equipment. What I think would also help is a guide book at the property listing places to go, emergency phone numbers, where to put used towels, bus routes, etc. Needs to be in English as well as Spanish. Most holiday apartments in tourist areas have some kind of visitor guidebook.

Alojamiento limpio, bien situado (muy buena conexión con el centro en autobús), propietario amable, nos esperó un buen rato hasta que aparcamos, había café, agua y algo de desayuno. Muy cerca de la playa, y con un pequeño patio muy agradable. Todo muy bien
