La struttura è stata davvero ottimale sotto ogni punto di vista. L’appartamento era molto bello, pulito, curato e dotato di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole.
Sinceramente non abbiamo riscontrato particolari aspetti negativi durante il soggiorno. È stato tutto organizzato molto bene e siamo rimaste soddisfatte della nostra esperienza.

Lo nuevo que estaba. El dueño estuvo atento, en todo momento a cubrir nuestras necesidades. El barrio está situado en una zona estratégica cerca de todo y hay buena comunicación de tranvía y autobus.
Que fuese de planta baja a nivel de calle.

El piso estaba limpio y bastante equipado, tenía incluso nevera y toallas para la playa.
La ubicación deja mucho que desear. Está en una plaza con unos bancos donde siempre hay gente de todo tipo... Además, la puerta no da ninguna seguridad, tanto puerta como ventanas son todos cristaleras, y no tienen rejas, sumado que el apartamento no está en muy buen barrio (cosa que desconocíamos, que eso es culpa nuestra, está claro) pues te crea una inseguridad increíble. Las cortinas estaban descolgadas por los extremos, y no hay persianas, entra mucha luz por la mañana. El piso es un bajo reformado y bonito, pero necesita bastante mantenimiento, la verdad...
