Very clean and modern - the manager was lovely, Masood took me up to the room personally and made sure I was settled before leaving! The room was spacious for a studio, comfortable bed and the tv came with Netflix + other streaming channels. Very clean bathroom too, and the house came with a lift which I wasn’t expecting! Check in instructions were also provided via a video which was very easy to follow.

The entrance to the apartment had sensor lighting and the option of using the stairs but had a lift which was great as we had alot of luggage.
The apartment was well decorated and bright and had everything we needed.
The bed was really comfortable and it was a great size for 2 people.
Accommodated our late check out request which was very appreciated.
Communication was excellent from booking to leaving.
We would stay here again 🤗

Fantastic location. Only a short walk to the stadium and to any shops near by. Very nice apartment. Clean, modern and perfect for a weekend away.

The location was perfect. Just a 10/15 minute to the stadium. The area was quiet. Looked like it had just been renovated, very clean. Checked in earlier than expected.
The communication could be improved. I sent an ETA the day before but I did not receive instructions for check in until we were 15 minutes away. The key holder had over an hours walk so we waited 1 hour 15 minutes for him to arrive. There were no cups for tea/coffee. I had to go to the supermarket to buy a mug. Sharp knives, kitchen scissors and a hairdryer would be useful. There were no backs on one of the kitchen drawers so utensils fell out. There was a foul drain smell in the kitchen area so we had to keep the plug in to try and stop it. The TV was hard to navigate without instructions. Could not get normal TV channels and had to log into other Apps. We gave up in the end. The bath has no taps which I have never seen before so had to use the shower head to fill it. There are only 2 parking spaces on the driveway so had to street park (watch out as parking officers patrol). Usually there is a welcome pack with instructions for appliances and useful information about the area.
