Fantastic location for event at Wembley. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom toiletries provided.
No air conditioning, and windows only opened a small amount (although could sit out on the balcony).

Very well located for access to Wembley Stadium
We visited when the weather was 34° - the property had zero fans or any means to keep cool. Whilst a member of staff was on the desk when leaving, we still had to take a picture of our key cards and window key on the desk and then send it onto someone else. The booking mentions free WiFi and yet we were not provided with this. I've also been bombarded with messages from the property - including one after the booking had finished asking whether "we were settling in" and everything was going well with the stay.

During heatwave so bedrooms hot. Only one fan.

Windows couldn’t be opened, air con didn’t work far too hot for sleeping, the TV remote didn’t work.
