The Robinson at Wembley - Modern and Eclectic

Everything was excellent, clean, very welcoming had everything you needed from hairdryers, dishwasher. Washing machine fully equipped apartment. Balcony was excellent with stunning views with Wembley stadium across the road. Beautiful location with surrounding gardens. One of the best places we have stayed in definitely would book again with staff very polite and helpful.

Maybe abit too warm in the building.

Everything - apartment was perfect as we were at an event at Wembley.. could see the arch and was literally next door.. To get to designer outlet was about a 5/10 min walk. Shop next to building, we could get everything we needed for our stay.. main shops around 5/10min away. Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed.. being there for the weekend we were able to cook meals etc for the kids.. 2 of the bedrooms had en-suite which was perfect along with another 2 bathrooms 1 with a bath ( 4 bedrooms/4 bath) balcony, loved there was a dining table and the kids were able to sit and eat dinner.. washing machine and dryer meant we were able to wash and dry clothes.. Any staff we came across and at reception were friendly and approachable. Photos do t do it enough justice it really was perfect. Apartment was well worth the money and we were all sad to leave.

Nothing it was perfect

Honestly, the property is not bad at all. It is a wonderful modern building just across the Wembley stadium. Very convenient for people, who go to concerts. The neighbourhood is very nice, the outlet, restaurants, Pixar, Bubble planer, Boxnow. The apartment was spacious and clean. The playground in front of the place was wonderful and it is near the underground.

The host of the property is not helpful at all. They are not present at the property and if you have any problems, you cannot address the reception, because the property is not connected with the reception. When I booked an apartment in April for the concert of The Weekend in August, I made a mistake with the dates. I asked the property to change the dates of the reservation. However, instead of changing the dates through booking, they sent me a link outside booking for a deposit. I followed the rules of booking never to pay outside their system and canceled the reservation through booking and made a new one with the correct dates. I wanted an apartment for 5 people and I was ready to book a three bedroom apartment, however this was not anymore possible and booking offered me an apartment with two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa. I thought it is going to be perfect. I and my little daughter slept in one of the bedrooms, my friend slept with her son in the other bedroom and my other daughter was supposed to sleep on the sofa. The property was also informed that we are going to be 5 people in the apartment, because I sent the passports of all the guests. We paid 2100 euro for 5 nights only because it was concert time, which is something normal, but to have at least some kind of assistance from the host. We had 4 half rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 5 days, which is absolutely ridiculous. We did not have sheets, pillow and blanket for our 5th person and never got one, although I asked the property. We had no airconditioning when outside was 36 degrees, it was good that the windows could be opened. There are hundred of rules connected with the property. I was very strict with the rubbish disposal, however, at 40 degrees inside somebody has disposed outside the containers 4 enormous bags with spoiled food and the smell was unbearable. We wanted to leave our luggage from 10:30 to 3 pm and the host said it is not possible to do it at the reception.
