Enjoyed our stay

The hotel is very nice, and conveniently located not so far from the city center. We stayed for just one night, but really enjoyed our stay. The staff is amazing - from the great check-in and check-out experience to the fact that when we arrived, there was a set of cat food bowls and a pack of cat treats in our room (we stayed with our cat). The room was also very nice and spacious.

The only thing we didn't love was the dinner, as both dishes we ordered turned out quite dry.

Very modern and clean hotel, check in was smooth and staff were very friendly. Great location as it was right beside the tram stop to the stadium and the city centre.

Very clean and conveniently located near the tram that goes directly to the city centre. We got a corner room with windows on both sides which was very nice.

too many messages back and forth

everything about this experience was great, except fact that I was bombarded with multiple emails and messages before arriving, and after arriving, mentioning things, asking for reviews, and generally annoying. This is very unprofessional something they should cut out as a message should have some value for a client and that just be something that you force have to read because you’re afraid maybe there’s a problem with the reservation. I’ve made many reservations over the last 30 years and this was annoying to say the least.

Good location - lovely sauna

Good location - close to the tram. Sauna area was really nice with free water and apples and wasn't busy the times we visited.

Bathrobes were tiny sizes. Traffic a little noisey but fine with the windows closed.

For me the hotel was perfectly located, and.. that's it when it comes to some true assets of that place. The rooms are quite nice and well equipped (comfy desk with all the sockets, a coffee machine, the internet, an iron etc.).

The breakfast was a big disappointment - poor choice and the quality of the food. Staff not too helpful and not smiling. I had a very inconvenient positioning of the wardrobe in my room (I could hardly access it at all). You need to ask to have your room cleaned (I thought the standard is you rather need to ask if you want the room to NOT be cleaned..). There was a mini-bar in the room - all empty.. I prefer showers, but my room had a bath instead. All in all, the value for money is weak, I'd say..
