This apartment is a pearl. It has been renovated very well, while keeping several older details, such as the front door, and the outside shutters. All room's decor has been very nicely done, with many prints/paintings, but also a rich library (in Italian). The kitchen is equipped well, and conveniently has a table for eating. Good coffee machines (the italian way!). The location is along the river Tevere, and close to the Mattatoio, which is becoming a wonderful art center, and the Testaccio market. In the neighbourhood, there are many bars and restaurants, while it is also quiet! And some supermarkets as well. Public transport (bus, tram, metro) are close by as well.

La casa è in una posizione ottimale, essendo in un bel quartiere e vicino alla fermata dell'autobus. Casa spaziosa e ben arredata.
Pochi asciugamani per 4 notti e 4 persone, wifi non troppo veloce.

L'appartamento è davvero carino, accogliente e ben fornito. La pulizia della casa ottima. La posizione è centrale: a pochi passi dalla metro Porta S. Paolo e Testaccio. Per una notte ho speso il giusto (decisamente meno di una camera d'hotel a Roma), il prezzo è un punto forte di questa casa, la terrò certamente in considerazione per le prossime volte. Il proprietario disponibile e gentile, ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Consiglio assolutamente.
Se devo trovare il pelo nell'uovo metterei un set base nel bagno come bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Ma è davvero un piccolo plus perché per me non è stato un problema (soprattutto perché è presente ogni tipologia di negozio nei dintorni).

Sunny, Cozy and warm, very nice decoration with beautiful objects and furniture, makes you feel that your in a home of a friend.
For those who prefer to cook you will find everything you need 🔪for any type of meal 🍝🥘🍳. Also the basic things to cook (salt, olive oil, … and nice details such having coffee for the Moka Pot). The shower is good and have heaters 🔥placed everywhere, excellent for a winter escape.
About the location, around your block you have bus stops (#170 and #781) that takes you whether to the city centre 2min 🚶or to Trastevere train station 5min 🚶.
The Ⓜ️ Piramide is less than 10min walking through a nice area with shops cafes restaurants and archeological sites.
The neighbourhood is Premium ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
