Lungotevere Testaccio 11 - Amazing Flat in Rome

La struttura è vicino al centro ed altri siti turistici. A poca distanza è presente una fermata dell’autobus ed i servizi principali per un turista (bar, ristoranti, farmacia, supermercati…) sono a pochi minuti a piedi. Mi è piaciuto poter fare il self check-in e la disponibilità di poter riporre le valigie qualora il nostro arrivo fosse avvenuto prima dell’orario del check-in indicato.

Non mi è piaciuta la comunicazione con l’host e lo stato di mantenimento della struttura. La maniglia del bagno si staccava in continuazione, la mensola del lavello del bagno era storta e sembrava si potesse rompere da un momento all’altro, usciva acqua dal box doccia, le sedie della cucina in stoffa erano sporche, mancava un comodino in una delle camere da letto… la casa era fredda dal momento che solo un calorifero (quello del bagno) era funzionante ed era necessario accendere gli split a necessità per riscaldare l’ambiente. La casa in generale è ben fornita, consiglierei di lasciare a disposizione degli asciugamani da cucina dal momento che non ne abbiamo trovato uno per poter asciugare le stoviglie. Sono presenti inoltre tre televisioni ma senza segnale tv (impiegabili solo con app installate)

Dies ist eine schöne, moderne Unterkunft mit einer tollen, ruhigen Lage. Das Zentrum ist gut mit dem Bus oder auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr schön. Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit sicher gefühlt. Der Gastgeber schien sehr nett zu sein Die Nachbarschaft ist auch sehr freundlich.

The location was good and very easy to access public transportation. The main facilities were comfortable and good for a family. The host was accessible when needed.

The bathroom was very small. You could not move in the shower, it was barely big enough to turn around.

Waited for 2 hours outside at the property after being told we could drop off bags early we were travelling with an 8 month old baby and had numerous bags. There was no info given on dropping off bags/how to check in prior to us landing, I had to change my baby in the courtyard, spoke to neighbours and then went to a restaurant to feed my baby then got a message from the host letting me know what to do. Honestly our first day in Rome was ruined waiting around for some sort of communication. Bathroom is tiny, we are both tall and could not turn in the shower without arms and legs hitting in to the glass/wall, not much space to sit down on the toilet either with long legs out in front. Shower temperature was warm/cold/warm/cold and we were not having long showers. Same with the rest of the taps in the house was annoying trying to wash any dishes. There was constant tapping on the walls and we couldn’t figure out what it was even at 4/5am in the morning. The drains also initially smelt like eggs when we arrived. The blinds in the kitchen don’t work on the outside so people could see in. There is maybe 5/6 steps up to the property if you have a pram Could do with some more essentials like a chopping board/ice cube trays and a better kettle as it was so slow
