It was clean and set up nicely. We had enough stuff to do laundry before leaving and all the appliances we needed to be able to stay in and cook for a couple nights and the bed was super comfortable. It was also a good distance from most of the things me and my now fiancee had plan so most of our driving took less than 15 minutes.
It wasn't as secluded as initially thought, there were trailers down the hill and were close enough that we could hear the kids yelling when they were outside playing.

I loved how secluded it was away from main traffic !
We are out in the wood but the amount of ants on the ground was a bit much .
