Studio Model Home with Parking

Beautiful cottage, had everything we needed. Bef was very comfortable! Everything was Very clean! Loved that it was pet friendly, even had a dog bed, and a food and water bowl. We were very pleased with our stay.

Honestly no complaints.

The campground where my cottage was located was very clean and had a very nice pool. There were nice walking grounds and the hosts/office staff were very friendly and helpful. When I arrived, there was an issue with the superficial cleanliness of the kitchen counters and floor, but this was immediately addressed and taken care of by the host of the property. I had a maintenance issue with some vertical blinds in the cottage that impeded my privacy; the maintenance staff was very quick to respond to a phone call and came within 10 minutes to fix the issue. Very highly impressed with the customer service and professionalism of Gateway RV Park Campgrounds!!! Their cottages are in very good condition and quite comfortable to stay in!

When I arrived at my cottage, it was evident that the cleaning crew did not do a great job. There were sticky areas on the kitchen counters along with food crumbs and the floor had not been swept/cleaned. These issues were immediately reported and addressed just as quickly by the host at the campground. She was very gracious and attentive to the problem, and she cleaned some of the areas herself. She then had a cleaning crew come back to clean.

Everything was great.

I have no complaints about anything.

The location and studio home was very nice. Much nicer than a motel.
