The BnB is at a very central location, easily accesible to most place. There is some construction around the area so the road was a little bad.

The location was quiet and the apartment was very clean and modern

The apartment was clean and nice. The kitchen has a gas-stove and utilities for cooking. Drinking water is provided.
The apartment is on the 5th floor. There is no elevator.
The worst part was that there is no key to enter the building itself. The guests fully depend on a doorman who is only available to open the door half the time. Sometimes we had to wait up to 15 minutes before we could enter the building. This is extremely annoying and for that reason I would not recommend this place.
