Бары на бассейне не работали, приходилось ходить самим на ресепшен за напитками, аниматоры дневные программы практически не проводили

I really liked the staff working in the hotel, especially at the Restaurant and Bars. This is a great value from a price perspective. The hotel has great facilities. Two pools with different vibes. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the beach and it has its great breach facility. Everything there looks tidy and you can always find an umbrella. It was a great honour to be served by a young man at the Beach Bar. Thank you. You have always been welcome and cooperative. The hotel offers PIDE from the oven and Guzleme, which is nice. The hotel has provided nice access to the Sauna, which all days when I have been there have been working. If the issues with the FLIES, AC at the restaurant and Reception incompetence is solved, I may consider to comeback.

The hotel has great potential, but here are three major issues: - Reception is incompetent and always lying that they are going to solve the problem, but you need to come at least 4-5 times to the desk. The desk most of the time is empty and you need to wait there with the option to call somebody. - Restaurant and FLIES: this is a MAJOR throwback. The restaurant doesn't have any air conditioner and it's hot inside, that sometimes you feel like you are in Sauna. The FLIES on the food in the pickup location. You need to be really careful while picking the food, because the flies are literally all over of the food. - The Variety of the food in the restaurant always remained the same. You don't have that many options to choose, as the meat section is always the same way of cooking meat. Minor issues: - Bad Lighting in the room. - Not a proper cleaned room. - No kettle. - Some rooms didn't have safes, some refrigerators or some have not been working. - Beach Cafe barely works after 4 p.m with no possibility to have anything at the Beach(except drinks) - For 2 days elevator wasn't working. PLEASE CORRECT YOUR AC in the Restaurant, close the doors, and do something with these FLIES. Teach your receptionists to not lie to the customer and be honest if they can't accommodate the request or make sure that person is informed if the request is not accommodated the next day. For example, we have been asking for a kettle for 5-6 days, and we didn't receive it. Only one lady has been helpful and honest. Thanks to her!
