About this house rental
Charming Very Cozy Family friendly home remodeled conveniently located with a quick direct route to U of I. Historic neighborhood with parks, restaurants, grocery all within a couple blocks. 2 queen bedrooms, 1 full/twin bunkbed, futon, play area, 1 full bath, fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, 2 work spaces, driveway and all outside spaces. Port a crib, Free WIFI. Netflix, Disney.
NO Parties.. Unauthorized guests and smoking on premises is NOT ALLOWED Services animals only
The space
1912 updated charming home. 3 bedrooms 1 bath with lots of old character, Newer beds, flooring and appliances.
There is a small cozy space with a brand new comfy futon in the basement that shares the light with the bedroom. Lamps have been added for your convenience.
There is a coffee, tea and hot cocoa bar furnished with all listed. Coffee pods can be found in the drawer. The front porch swing is amazing and very relaxing, be sure to try it out while you sip your coffee, tea or cocoa. Toys and games provided. Please leave everything at the house. Disney, Netflix, and Prime please only free movies!
The trees along University Ave are all different and are beautiful in the fall. The back door can be tricky, the bottom lock sticks. Please make sure you check the handle before shutting the door. The front door is a smart WiFi lock that will be the main entrance and exit. Please do not hesitate to message me during your stay if needed.

All spaces inside except for room off of basement room with sumpump.
All outside spaces. I am currently in the process of fixing up the back yard. There is a small porch for now and a small charcoal grill.
The 2 garages are not to be accessed.
Other things to note
The 3rd bedroom is in the finished basement. There is a room that is adjacent with a closed door. It has a sum pump . Please do not open that sliding door as it sticks and is not available to guests.
Please do not access either garage.
