Updated split-level modern home, close to the University of Illinois, Memorial Stadium, State Farm Center, Research Park, great restaurants, grocery stores and it`s a quick 5 minute drive to Downtown. The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with over 2800 sq ft on a quiet cul-de-sac.
The home is great for entertaining or large groups with its split level modern feel. Guest will have access to the entire home. The home features three bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room on the upper level while the lower level has two more additional bedrooms (2 queen beds), one bathroom, laundry room and a family room that has a wet bar in it. Additional queen air mattresses available upon request for any booking over 10 guests. The home also offers Bose sound system throughout, smart lighting, smart TV`s, apple TV and WiFI.
The entire home is open to guests.
The house offers plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. The bus runs near by and it’s easy for Uber and Lyft to find.

The host was great. The home is beautiful and even had holiday decor which made the home extra cheery. The bathrooms are a little small, but serviceable. We would stay there again:)

Very comfortable stay! Good layout with 3 bedrooms in the upper level, 2 in the lower level. Nice family room with kitchenette downstairs. Loved the mid-century modern decor. Appreciated the prompt communication. Good central location on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Really enjoyed staying at this property! The house is well-appointed and it is very easy to get to restaurants and shopping. Culvers is right around the corner and some of the best pizza is just 10 min drive to Pappa Dels. Ken, the owner of the property, was great in communicating and especially decorating. We stayed in this property over Christmas and were thrilled to see that Ken decked the house out for the holiday, see picture, which really made our Christmas so much more enjoyable. The neighbors were very welcoming, greeting us when we were outside which is not always the case when staying at a rental property. We brought two small dogs and they did very well in the house. Kitchen is well-supplied. We had no problem making our Christmas dinner and all the fixings. The outdoor deck and patio area is beautiful and would be great when the weather is warmer. The two downstairs bedrooms are great for young adults or teens that want some extra privacy, and the entertainment and bar space, also in the downstairs area was welcomed and used often for watching movies.
