Located 500m from the beach in a family residence at the foot of the cliffs, this charming 3-roomed bungalow with AC is ideal for a pleasant holiday. A private parking space is located in the residence.

On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa and TV (French and foreign channels) with a modern equipped kitchen (glass-ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, classic and Nespresso coffee machine, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, microwave), access to the terrace with garden furniture (chairs and table, 2 armchairs). AC.
On the first floor: a corridor with storage space leads to 2 bedrooms (one with a 140x200 double bed and one with 2 single beds), a renovated shower room and a separate toilet.
Narbonne-Plage is a family resort par excellence with its 5 km long sandy beach gently descending into the sea. It allows young and old to relax in complete freedom. The hinterland invites you to discover its cultural and gastronomic treasures.
The residence "Les Mas de la Clape" is located at the foot of the massif de la Clape (protected natural site), the large beach is very close and the centre with its shops and restaurants easily accessible on foot.
