The Oakwood Villa: Your quiet, elevated modern farmhouse escape in Mansfield! This 2700 sq ft, 4 BR home rests on a scenic 1.3-acre lot. Enjoy open-concept living / dinning space, abundant natural light, and a summer dipping pool. Perfect for making memories with family and friends.

Backyard Oasis: The property is situated on a quiet street and offers a truly serene country atmosphere. Enjoy the large 1.31-acre backyard surrounded by mature trees and shrubs for enhanced privacy. The space is ideal for small events or family games.
Dipping Pool: Our 14,000-gallon built-in soaking pool (5 feet deep) is available for our guests, complete with sun bathing chairs. The pool area is enclosed by a metal fence and gate.
Outdoor Dining: The pool patio features an outdoor dining area with seating for eight people and a propane. Please note the outdoor kitchen equipment is not available for use, but the seating and sink are.
Parking & Safety: Ample driveway parking is available for between 8–10 cars. The home is equipped with exterior security cameras, smoke/CO detectors, a first aid kit, and a fire extinguisher.

Also, we've partnered with a local event organizer exclusively for our guests. You can elevate your stay seamlessly—just choose from a variety of seating arrangements and decor packages.
