* By slight chance, more insect activities due to recent high humidity in Texas.
* Overgrowth in some yards as our landscapers can be behind schedule due to the recent rains. (They try their best to catch up on this whenever weather allows)

The house was very clean and the location was great for us. Communication and check in was excellent. Backyard could use some furniture and bbq. But overall it did the trick.

we had to be in the Dallas area for a few weeks for our daughters pregnancy. the house is in a good area with stores and restaurants within a few minutes drive

We've been here for four weeks. This is a safe, quiet neighborhood and convenient to lots of restaurants and DoorDash. The house is neat and tidy. The AC and hot water is great. Overall, great stay. The host responds quickly to messages.
