The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with all essential appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine, while the indoor dining area creates an inviting space for shared meals. Two airy bedrooms with high-quality COCO-MAT double beds, linens, and towels ensure a restful stay, while the spacious bathroom offers modern amenities and a washing machine for added convenience.
The outdoor area is a private oasis, featuring a large 50sqm swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, perfect for soaking up the Greek sun. The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.
There is also free parking for all of our guests.
The property can host 6 people if needed at the extra cost of €25 per person per night after the 4th guest.

A very peaceful accommodation with great facilities. Within a short drive to the beach. The host was lovely and helpful, making sure that we were having a good time. We loved our stay at Villa Nemesis!

This property, though a bit challenging to find, is newly renovated, clean and spacious. The pool and back deck area are lovely to hang out in. Parking for 1 car at the property. Check-in was easy and we were met to assist with locating the property and then to show us around. Irene was very friendly and provided us with information about the area. The kitchen was stocked with cooking equipment and a welcome package of a few food basics was a nice surprise! Laundry located in the bathroom was convenient and no issues with hot water. Tap water is also drinkable. As Canadians, we drank it without issue. Overall this was a lovely property and would suit a family or two couples nicely.
