In Limpiddu , a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Budoni, in Via Arno 6 , there is this delightful apartment designed for those looking for tranquility without sacrificing comfort.
Arriving at their destination, guests immediately find private parking , marked by the “ Sa Capannizza ” plate, which clearly indicates the reserved parking space. From here, proceeding to the right, you follow a characteristic stone path that borders a row of houses adorned with colorful bougainvillea plants.
Our apartment is located in the center of the row, recognizable by the personalized Sweet Holidays — “Sa Capannizza” tag placed next to the front door. Welcoming us is a small private garden , equipped with an outdoor shower and a table sheltered by a lovely porch, perfect for outdoor breakfasts or moments of relaxation.
Upon entering the house, a modern living room in shades of blue awaits us, furnished with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed , an elegant white piece of furniture and a flat-screen TV . The living room overlooks a kitchen with a particular design , equipped with an induction hob , dining table, work surface and refrigerator.
The sleeping area is located upstairs , where a bright and welcoming double bedroom offers a large storage unit and a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding plants thanks to the window overlooking the greenery. On the same floor there is also the bathroom , complete with a shower box.
The bedroom has air conditioning , which is also present in the living area downstairs. The apartment also has a washing machine , a practical detail much appreciated by guests.
